But I've never been able to sit and burn a CD with songs and then play it while I'm writing. I listen to music depending on my mood. And my mood and my writing are separate even when I'm in a certain mood when I'm writing. Okay, that might not make sense. I'm weird that way. *rofl*Tempest Knighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06974312445961412430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12073039.post-61480650333935039702007-07-30T07:03:00.000-05:002007-07-30T07:03:00.000-05:00Hehe. Not that I...I don't listen to much music any more. Not that I don't like it, but I just don't think about turning the stereo on. Mostly I listen in my car, and right now the CD of choice is John Mayer's Continuum.

I do have a tape I like to listen to when I'm working on tense scenes though. It's all harsh alternative - things like Bush and Jane's Addiction. It jars me out of my comfortable, happy place and into a place where I can throw down scenes where the villian is winning (albeit temporarily).B.E.
