Something Different

Yesterday after church, we went to a Chinese buffet for lunch. It turned out to be one of the nicer ones and they had one of my favorite flavors of ice cream - green tea! They also had banana, which is one of Hotrod's favorites, and coffee, which is one of my mom's.

Have you ever tried green tea ice cream? It's kind of perfumey, but not in a bad way. What's your favorite flavor?

    Nope. This is like that fruit thingy, kind of grosses me out. LOL I love mint choc. chip. It's pretty much the only type I eat. I'm not adventurous like you. :-)

    I've never heard of green tea ice cream. Very different.

    My fave is good old fashioned homemade vanilla, but I'm a sucker for any ice cream! The worst tasting I've ever tried was rose petal at an Indian restaurant. It tasted like soap!

    The only two flavors I eat are--you guessed it--vanilla, and chocolate chip. Oh yeah, and chocolate chip cookie dough. Lol.

    I love green tea, but wasn't thrilled with green tea ice cream. I've also had red bean ice cream which looks too much like chocolate and doesn't taste enough like it. My favorite flavor now?? Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream from Maggie Moos.
