I has an owie

I'm not sure what I did to it, but ever since yesterday's workout, my left knee has felt about 100 years older than the rest of me. I've been limping around like someone stole my walker. Trust me, it's very sexy.

I really can't think of a reason for it to hurt. I did the elliptical, which I always do, and some squats, but that was about it.

Could it be that I am actually getting old? No. That can't be it.

ARGH!

In other news, don't forget the contest I'm running to win an ARC of my paranormal romance coming out on Sept 1st! Deets here.

  2. The eternally youthful Kristen does NOT get old. Fate just wants you in the chair with your hands on the keyboard, so she put you there. :)

  3. Ice and elevate, darling. And if that fails, get a massage! You have to take care of yourself, since I'm not around to do it.

  11. Oh, Kristen, I feel for you. I've had that kind of trouble with my knee for about 25 years ever since I took a bad fall and cracked my kneecap. After all the walking I did Tuesday, it was very stiff.

  12. You probably twisted it. Keep those knees facing forward when you exercise, that's what the experts say. And you don't want to injure your knees they don't really heal, ever.
