I'm not sure what I did to it, but ever since yesterday's workout, my left knee has felt about 100 years older than the rest of me. I've been limping around like someone stole my walker. Trust me, it's very sexy.
I really can't think of a reason for it to hurt. I did the elliptical, which I always do, and some squats, but that was about it.
Could it be that I am actually getting old? No. That can't be it.
ARGH!
In other news, don't forget the contest I'm running to win an ARC of my paranormal romance coming out on Sept 1st! Deets here.

The eternally youthful Kristen does NOT get old. Fate just wants you in the chair with your hands on the keyboard, so she put you there. :)
ReplyDeleteIce and elevate, darling. And if that fails, get a massage! You have to take care of yourself, since I'm not around to do it.
ReplyDeleteNo, you are not getting old. You must have strained it. Listen to Louisa. Feel better.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're leg feels better.
ReplyDeleteLOL They always say you're as young as you feel some days I feel waaaay older than I actually am.
Ouch. Mine will hurt if I do something knew with it. Krill oil helps a lot.
ReplyDeleteYou're not getting old at all! I hope it starts feeling better. I have this place by my knee that acts up everytime I ride the bike at the gym. Maybe ice will help?
ReplyDeleteI saw your comment last post and will check out the Divas forum. Thanks!
Oohh, sorry about your knee. :(
ReplyDeleteha - I just blogged about Advil Gelcaps.
ReplyDeleteI got a charlie horse in my neck last night. What the freshell is that about?
Not a chance are you old!! You must have pulled something --happens all the time so take it easy for a day or so.
ReplyDeleteOh, Kristen, I feel for you. I've had that kind of trouble with my knee for about 25 years ever since I took a bad fall and cracked my kneecap. After all the walking I did Tuesday, it was very stiff.
ReplyDeleteYou probably twisted it. Keep those knees facing forward when you exercise, that's what the experts say. And you don't want to injure your knees they don't really heal, ever.
