AHA!

I was on my game this morning. As a result, I have photographic evidence. In fact, he's still in the tree as I type this. Note: the black blob in the midst of the tree is the perpetrator in question, Max. The glowing eyes in the lower corner belong to Scooter, the enabler. I think from the second picture, you get a pretty good idea of Max's attitude in general. Which is to say, he's decided the tree is his new home and what I think really isn't being considered.
There is kitten maddness in my house, folks! Kitten maddness I tell you.

  1. Ginger is a tree climber.

This is the first time I've had a tree-climber, though I grew up with cats. I'd heard of their existence...now I've seen it with me own eyes.

  4. This is too funny. I caught my cat lying on the branches of the tree last week! And the other two (yes I have three - yikes) like to sleep under the tree. They're fascinated with that thing!

  5. So...you're gonna lock that tree up when you go to Hawaii...Right?
Or should I just tie a bowl of kitty food to the limbs everyday?

  6. Ha!! I'm feeling pretty safe now, because when I go pick up my two from the vet this afternoon, after a day of shots and neutering, I'm thinking they will not be in much of a tree-climbing mood. :-)

My cat "hides" beneath the tree. He thinks we can't see him. Silly cat.

    Love your kitty photos. :)
