Woot!

I'm finally reading again. I know that's not exactly front page news, but it's been a long dry spell for me reading-wise lately. Want to know what started it?

I got an ARC of SUGAR CREEK by Toni Blake (as seen with top spokescat Jack) and decided to just read the first page. One page led into two, two became a chapter and the next thing you know, I'm half way through.

It's great to be reading again. Reading is, after all, fundamental.

What pages have you been turning lately?

  1. I just inhaled a paranormal called Rosemary and Rue by Seanan McGuire. I'd never heard of the author before, so this was a total impulse buy, and I got lucky. It was a pretty great book. =o)

Now I'm halfway through Shift by Rachel Vincent.

  2. Isn't that fun? I'm reading Pride and Prejudice. Very slowly. Finished Cara Elliot's regency which I really enjoyed.

  5. I went through a reading dry spell, too. Took months to read two books that were both very fast paced... but I only could give them 15 mins t a time.

So great to be reading again. :-)

I'm currently reading Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzgerald and Don't Kill the Messenger by Eileen Rendahl. Last week I think I read 3 books...A veritable orgy. The Forest of Hands and Teeth, Carrie Ryan, Still Missing (ARC) by Chevy Stevens, and Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead.
