Ooh, boxing! Is this kickboxing, or real boxing? I did the real thing for about a year, right before my wedding, as part of a self-inflicted Bride Boot Camp, and it was amazing. Very cathartic!
ReplyDeleteI'd say it's much closer to real boxing, although it's done in a woman's gym. We use those stand-up punching bags and basically work on combinations (hooks, uppercuts, jabs, etc) with a just smidge of kicks thrown in.
