Nag Me. You Have My Permission.

For the first time in my history of attending RWA National Conferences, I am bringing work out clothes that I intend to use. The hotel has an exercise room and I plan on getting my butt into it. My fabulous roomie, Jax, will be joining me. We are determined to work out. Therefore, if/when you see me, you have my permission to ask me if I've worked out that day. (Jax hasn't given her permission to be nagged, but I say what the heck, have at it.)

See, I've been doing so well with my diet and exercise program (15 pounds gone now!) that I'm a little afraid of going to conference and blowing all my hard work. I figure this way, y'all can help keep me honest. Deal? Deal.

  1. Hello there! I see your comments on so many of my friends' blogs, I figured it was time I stopped by yours myself.

As for Nationals, I'll look for you in the gym. I'm going through the same thoughts as you. I've lost about 12 lbs and I DEFINITELY don't want to gain it all back!

I'll be in there too, but early in the morning--say 5:30-6:00am. So, depending on your schedule I may see you too.

  8. I'm so going to nag... Bum foot and all, I'm working out!

I want to tone up and hopefully get those abs of steel like I've seen in those infomercials. Can't wait to see you and be your drill sargeant!

  11. There was a time when I did so much walking at National that I actually lost weight. Even with all the desserts. No such luck anymore.

Way to go on losing that 15 pounds AND for bringing along the workout clothes!
