Home!

We're back from England and had a huge blast! It was a great trip, and there are many stories to tell. I'll be doing pics and such all week.

Some of the highlights?
* Backing the rented Mercedes into a post in an Edinburgh car park
* Eating haggis
* Getting a ride from two British highway patrolmen
* Having tea in a treehouse
* Naked chicken dancing

Want to know more? You'll have to stop back this week!

  3. Welcome back Kristin! Didn't you vow not to eat Haggis? I like 'em, but I prefer the blood pudding. :)
    Glad you had a good time!

  4. It's the naked chicken dancing that got my interest peaked. How fun! Hope you had a wonderful time. How do you get to go all these vacations? Hawaii and now Englad? I'm envious.

  8. Brave girl trying haggis. No doubt as research. Poor little naked chickens. Doesn't souind like something to dance about. Now the tree house would be cool.

  12. I LOVE the UK, although it's bloody expensive! My question: was the haggis fresh or the canned variety?

  13. Karen - in this case, hubby was driving the car - I wasn't even in it!

    Thanks, Bonnie!

    Debbie, yes I did vow not to eat it. So much for that, huh?

    Jen - we just like to travel and life's too short not to do the things you like.

    Mel - there are pictures of the naked chicken dancing but I don't know that I'll be posting them...

    Sela - I promise they wouldn't sear your corneas. Make you laugh out loud is more likely.

    Beck - Actually, the haggis was delish! Like meatloaf.

    Babe - The treehouse was the coolest!

    Eva - Actually, it made us want more.

    Amanda - Thanks!

    Shesawriter - TOns of pics!

    Michelle - THe pics will start today!

    Shannon - the haggis was fresh. I can't belive how good it was.
