The "Wildlife"

Who knew sheep were so good at staring? They were very suspicious of the woman with the camera. Get baaa-ck in your car, lady!
This swan was one of probably 100 occupying a small lake near the North Sea. Quite beautiful to see so many of them gliding along together. This fellow was more interested in seeing if we had crackers.
Although you can't tell from the picture, these cows graze right beside a section of Hadrian's Wall - one of the oldest Roman built structures in the world. And as I was standing in that field with them, I can tell you that huge doesn't begin to describe their size. Or aroma.

  1. I didn't see one picture of a chicken. A dancing chicken. or naked chicken dancing.

    Hmmm.

  9. Oh wow! Do you have a pic of the many swans swimming together? I've never seen so many, would love to.

Sheep are so cute. And typical.

As for the cows, I've taken a few pictures of cows in my time, but not close enough to smell. LOL

    I enjoy animal whimsy.
