We're finally heading home today. It's been a long week. I miss Hotrod and I miss my kitty cats. All and all, conference has been a mixed bag. I'm happy to have seen my friends, had some good chats with my fab agent, shopped and sightsee'd like a champ, and best of all, gotten an amazing amount of writing done. However, it seemed really long to me this year. Many of the folks I spoke to said they felt unconnected to the whole event, as I did for much of it. Not sure exactly why that was.
Anyway, I'll be happy to get home. Stay tuned for pics later this week.
